Mary and Her Little Lambs

Mary would always lose her little lambs.
Takpelah, eventually her lambs would come back to find her.
(Everywhere that Mary went, her lambs were sure to go, right?)

So Mary, when she loses her darling lambs,
sits back sipping a good cup of tea, stares at the sky, hums a little song, and waits.
Patiently. Too patient it may seem to some, but patient nevertheless.

And true enough, after a while of sitting and playing with her hair (she's finished her cup of tea you see), fleeces as white as snow could be seen making their way towards her.

It's been that way for decades.

Oh dear old Mary, what if one day they never came back?

The System

Generally Accepted Beliefs are not necessarily The Way of Life (or The Way Life Goes - whichever you want to take). Generally Accepted Beliefs, in my opinion would be, how things are (usually) or how it would typically turn out.

But it can't be, not always (and not all ways). There are exceptions, no? I want to believe that there are.

Naïve? Probably.
